For guests or small children who require protection from the sun, there is a large covered lanai,
with table and padded reclining chairs. For extra privacy, a fence surrounds the villa, with no
other properties backing onto the rear.
Make the most of the warm Floridian evenings by illuminating the pool and bringing out the barbecue.
An electric barbecue-grill is provided for maximum enjoyment with none of the hassle of charcoal grills.
Simply plug in, add burgers, steaks or kebabs - sizzle.. and enjoy with an ice cold beer! You do not
have to miss out on the fun in the pool in the cooler
months either as the water can be heated (an
extra charge applies).
As a single storey house and with the pool towards the rear of the garden, the deck attracts the sun
from early morning through to early evening. With the sun setting over the lanai (and sunbathing area), this
makes a great time to relax with evening drinks.

With a privately fenced, oversized 370sq.ft pool (ranging in depth from 3ft to 6ft), the
pool area is fully screened to keep out bugs and provide adequate space to soak up that sun in a tranquil setting.
The pool has steps, a hand-rail and shelf-seat to sit on and cool down Floridian
style.

For relaxation out of the water, you will find ample padded sun beds, reclining padded chairs and table for
dining al-fresco. There is also an extended patio alongside the pool area for barbecues and even
more sunbathing (outside of the screen)!
