Located just ½ mile north of the shops and restaurants of the main road through Kissimmee (highway US192) and approximately 3 miles south-east of the neighbouring Walt Disney World Resort, the community of Indian Wells offers the best location for visiting the Orlando area attractions.  Indian Wells offers the closest Orlando villas to Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and International Drive.  Forget the wilderness and the scarcity of shops and restaurants that many rental communities have to offer - with Indian Wells, expect attractions, over 50 restaurants and  eateries, shopping outlets and even two Wal-Mart supercenters all within a 10 minute drive!  Just look at the Indian Wells villa map.  Rent the villas direct from the Owner and save!  

villa: Elegant and villa: Lakeside are fantastic 3-bedroom vacation villas, each with over-sized screened pools, fenced for privacy and not overlooked, fully air-conditioned and equipped to a high standard with many FREE extras not normally found in rental villas.  Both of our villas are located in Indian Wells and are around a 1 minute drive from each other. 

Unlike most rental communities in the Orlando and Kissimmee area where driving is a must, Indian Wells gives you more vacation time and less time in the car.   Indian Wells is unique in that it boasts a WalMart supermarket, local shops, eateries and bars all within walking distance.

Within a 10 minute drive, there are over 50 eateries, restaurants, shops, crazy golf courses, attractions, another WalMart, a Publix and Target supermarket.  With back-door routes to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive, getting to the attractions is easy and straightforward.  If you are travelling on business, Gaylord Palms is less than 5 minutes (via Osceola Parkway) and Orange County Convention centre 10 minutes.  For shoppers, the Lake Buena Vista outlets are adjacent and the Orlando Premium shopping outlets around 6 minutes.
