Wells in the Lake Buena Vista area of Kissimmee.
With approximately 1500 sq ft of air-conditioned tiled-living rooms and carpeted bedrooms, a double garage (with remote
access) and off street parking for a further two vehicles, this
rental property offers any guest all the
comforts they would expect in a vacation home.
Backing onto the lake, this family vacation villa has the biggest private pool in
Indian Wells, separate spa and great
multi-layered sunbathing deck. The garden is fenced between neighbouring properties and
offers great views over the lake and friendly wildlife. This home makes a perfect base when visiting Orlando and
Walt Disney World.
The villa is fully licensed in accordance with Florida state law and has the required safety features including a pool door alarm, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide and integrated smoke detectors.

The rental property offers spacious, air-conditioned tiled living and dining areas with a vaulted ceiling
and fans throughout. Furnishings are cool Floridian and include a sleeper sofa, love seat, occasional tables and
lamps. The television has premium cable with 100+ cable channels, including HBO movies and On Demand. There is a DVD player with an excellent selection of DVD movies and a CD player
with a variety of CDs. For relaxing by the pool, select from the read-and-swap book shelf or
alternatively, challenge the family to one of our favourite board games.

The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six and whether you are catering for the family or a quiet meal for two, the setting provides a homely, relaxed and enjoyable environment. For
snacks and breakfast there is a small table and chairs in the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an American-sized refrigerator with integrated ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric kettle. All the crockery, cutlery, pans,
plasticware and glasses to enjoy anything from a snack or picnic to a three-course meal are supplied. For laundry, a large washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes-airer are provided.
All towels, including those for the beach, are supplied.

The Floridian furnished master bedroom overlooks the pool and features a huge king-size luxury pillow-top bed, lamps, ceiling fan,
cordless telephone, clock-radio, television and DVD player. There is a large walk-in closet to hang clothes with
more cupboards and drawer space. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in 'gym' style shower and WC, as well as a sink
and space for those essential holiday toiletries.
For other guests there is a queen bedroom and twin bedroom. Each has ample storage space for clothes in large closets,
dressers and cabinets. The queen bedroom has cable television and an iPod clock-radio. Conveniently located for the bedrooms is the second bathroom. This comprises a low level bath with shower, sink and WC. Each bathroom
has its own hairdryer.

For small children and infants, a crib, high-chair and stroller is provided.
