villa: Lakeside is a single storey property and has over 1500sqft of living space (the pictures do not necessarily give a true indication of size and
space) a double garage and off-street parking for two additional vehicles. Layout wise, the property is ideal for
families with children, especially as all the bedrooms are alongside each other. Whilst providing privacy, you can
also keep an eye on the kids as well.

For anyone who has never rented a villa before, compare this to the layout of your typical Orlando hotel
room (as shown below), especially when the nightly costs per person are
generally less for the villa!
In case you were wondering, below is a
floor plan of an example Orlando hotel room. This would be designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children! Ordinarily, the room will incorporate 2 double beds,
possibly a sofa bed, TV,
bathroom and balcony or terrace (for the very lucky few).

Not to mention no private pool and all the hassle of reserving pool beds! Can we say anymore?
If you are heading for a conference or business seminar in the Lake Buena Vista area we would strongly
advise checking availability within our villas as many returning business guests have noted all-round better value for money
(than when staying in a hotel). Consider also that the conference area around International Drive is only 10 minutes by
taxi, and Hotel Boulevard & Gaylord Palms around 6-8 minutes.
