The sunny pool and multi-layered deck area are fully screened, offer adequate space to soak up that sun
and provide envious views of the wildlife over the Indian Wells lake.
The separate 17ft long spa (3ft deep with raised shelf-seat and hand-rail) features an overflow waterfall into
the pool and separate 'bubble' controls. Ideal for smaller children and infants who want to splash or learn to
swim. (For safety, the glass blocks dividing the pool from the spa have now been replaced with tiled blocks.)
You do not have to miss out on the fun in the pool in
the cooler
months either as the water can be heated (an
extra charge applies). Christmas Day in a pool in
Florida - fantastic!
For an idea of sunny and shady areas, these
pictures were taken after lunch in early May. Being a single storey house and with such a large pool, sunbathing is
possible all day. The sun rises over the lake and sets with the spa receiving the last of the daytime sun.

Yes, this is the biggest
private pool in Indian Wells, only bettered by the community pool and wow, what a pool!
The huge 40ft long pool ranges in depth
from 4ft to 6ft, has steps with a hand-rail leading into it as well as a shelf to sit on
to cool down.

For relaxation out of the water, you will find ample padded sun loungers
as well as table and chairs
for dining al-fresco. The pool and deck offers a lanai to keep
cool, as well as an enviable
view over the lake of Indian Wells - with privacy being provided by
fences between neighbouring properties.
